# Day 3 - Work Out Wear
Salam & Hello ladies!
The only work out I love and been doing quite regularly is kickboxing! It's something I call love, & that gloves, they're my baby!
It's pretty sad how women do not appreciate martial arts as much as guys do :[ I think it should be balanced though. The proof? Sometimes, in the kickboxing studio, I'm the only girl. Hmmm & always the only hijabi. Well a few times before there were hijabis :] But that's not the matter, the matter is we should all, the GIRLS get our ass off the couch and learn martial arts, learn the techniques, do not simply give up and believe you are weak to fight against crime ♥
And ohhh btw! Haha I don't wear heels to kickboxing, yes I could but I dont, we don't use shoes in the studio thou. I just wear flip flop usually, and to be honest, I didn't wear the inner shirt. =( Heh, But InsyAllah some day I'll try. =)
To be a little fashionable in work out wear, do play with colours & looking at other participants now I'm inspired to wear harem pants to work out some day! Ayyay!
